Introduction

We consider the protection of user privacy to be a priority when users use DAY100 and related websites. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, where it is stored, and users’ rights.

Information We Collect

Information provided by users:

• Habit tracking data
• Notes and images added to habit records
• Personal settings configured within the app
• Transfer codes and related data when users use transfer features
• Selected app, category, or web domain tokens used for Screen Time / Family Controls app blocking; these are stored on the device and are not uploaded by DAY100

Automatically collected information:

• Device information such as model, operating system, and app version
• Anonymous Firebase Authentication user ID used for cloud storage and transfer features
• Statistical information about app or website usage, including App Store button click events on the website
• Error logs and diagnostic information
• Purchase and subscription entitlement status needed to provide premium features
• Anonymous identifiers needed for cloud storage, sync, premium status, widgets, and app operation

Purpose of Information Use

• Providing and improving app functionality and performance
• Storing, displaying, syncing, and transferring habit records, notes, and images
• Providing notification, widget, and app blocking features
• Improving the app and fixing issues
• Managing purchases, restoring subscriptions, and providing premium features
• Operating and improving the website, including measuring App Store link clicks

Data Storage

Most habit data is stored on the user’s device. When users use cloud storage, transfer codes, widgets, anonymous login, or related sync features, the data needed to provide those features may be stored or processed through Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Crashlytics.

Images added to habit records may be uploaded to Firebase Storage. Habit backups and transfer-code payloads may include habit titles, day counts, daily progress, notification times, daily memos, image references, notification settings, difficulty, and app blocking settings. Transfer codes expire after 24 hours and are identified by a hashed code rather than the raw transfer code.

Screen Time / Family Controls selections are stored locally in the app group storage on the device so that iOS can apply app blocking. DAY100 does not upload the selected app/category/web domain tokens to Firebase.

If users enable device backup services such as iCloud or Google Drive, data may also be backed up through those services. Uninstalling the app deletes local app data from the device, but cloud backups, uploaded images, diagnostic logs, and store-side purchase records may remain unless deletion is requested or handled by the relevant service.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell users’ personal information. We do not share users’ personal information with third parties except when we have user consent, when required by law, or when service providers process data only to provide necessary functionality.

Service providers and platforms used by DAY100 may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics for the website, App Store / Google Play purchase systems, and Apple platform features such as notifications, widgets, Screen Time, Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity.

Access Permissions

• Notifications: For reminders and habit continuation alerts.
• Camera / Photo Library: For adding images to habit records.
• Screen Time / Family Controls: For app blocking features in Extreme Mode.
• Storage: For saving local app data.

These permissions can be changed at any time from device settings.

User Rights

• Access to stored personal data
• Correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion of local personal data by deleting records where available or uninstalling the app
• Deletion of cloud-stored data by contacting us where technically and legally possible
• Withdrawal of consent for data processing where applicable

Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we inadvertently collect personal information from children under 13, we will promptly delete it.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. If changes are made, we will notify users through the app or website.

DAY100（以下「本アプリ」といいます）および関連ウェブサイトでは、ユーザーのプライバシー保護を重要なものと考えています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリおよび関連ウェブサイトの利用において収集する場合がある情報、その利用目的、保存方法、ユーザーの権利について説明します。

収集する情報

ユーザーが提供する情報：

• 習慣記録に関するデータ
• 習慣記録に追加したメモや画像データ
• アプリ内で設定した個人設定
• 引き継ぎ機能を利用する際の引き継ぎコードおよび関連データ
• スクリーンタイム / Family Controlsのアプリブロックに利用する、選択済みアプリ、カテゴリ、Webドメインのトークン。これらは端末内に保存され、DAY100がFirebaseへアップロードすることはありません

自動的に収集される情報：

• デバイス情報（モデル、OS、アプリバージョンなど）
• クラウド保存や引き継ぎ機能に必要なFirebase Authenticationの匿名ユーザーID
• アプリまたはウェブサイトの使用状況に関する統計情報（ウェブサイト上のApp Storeボタンクリックイベントを含みます）
• エラーログおよび診断情報
• プレミアム機能の提供に必要な購入状態およびサブスクリプション資格情報

情報の利用目的

• 本アプリの機能提供およびパフォーマンス向上
• 習慣記録、メモ、画像の保存、表示、同期、引き継ぎ
• 通知、ウィジェット、アプリブロック機能の提供
• アプリの改善と不具合の修正
• 購入状態の管理、サブスクリプションの復元、プレミアム機能の提供
• ウェブサイトの運用および改善、App Storeリンクのクリック計測

データの保存

ユーザーデータの多くは、ユーザーのデバイス内に保存されます。クラウド保存、引き継ぎコード、ウィジェット、匿名ログイン、同期機能などを利用する場合、機能提供に必要なデータがFirebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Firebase Storage、Firebase CrashlyticsなどのFirebaseサービス上で保存または処理されることがあります。

習慣記録に追加した画像はFirebase Storageへアップロードされる場合があります。習慣のバックアップおよび引き継ぎコードのデータには、習慣名、日数、日ごとの達成状況、通知時間、日ごとのメモ、画像参照、通知設定、難易度、アプリブロック設定が含まれる場合があります。引き継ぎコードは24時間で期限切れになり、引き継ぎデータは生のコードではなくハッシュ化されたコードにより識別されます。

スクリーンタイム / Family Controlsで選択したアプリ、カテゴリ、Webドメインのトークンは、iOSのアプリブロックを適用するため、端末内のApp Group領域に保存されます。DAY100は、これらの選択トークンをFirebaseへアップロードしません。

ユーザーがiCloudやGoogle Driveなどのバックアップサービスを有効にしている場合、データはそれらのサービスを通じてバックアップされる可能性があります。アプリをアンインストールすると端末内のローカルデータは削除されますが、クラウドバックアップ、アップロード済み画像、診断ログ、ストア側の購入記録は、削除依頼または各サービス側の処理が行われるまで残る場合があります。

第三者へのデータ提供

当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。また、ユーザーの同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合、または必要な機能を提供するためにサービス提供事業者が処理する場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者と共有しません。

DAY100が利用するサービス提供事業者およびプラットフォームには、Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Firebase Storage、Firebase Crashlytics、ウェブサイト用のFirebase Analytics、App Store / Google Playの購入システム、Appleの通知、ウィジェット、スクリーンタイム、Family Controls、Managed Settings、Device Activityなどのプラットフォーム機能が含まれる場合があります。

アクセス許可

• 通知：リマインダーおよび習慣継続の通知のため
• カメラ / 写真ライブラリ：習慣記録に画像を追加するため
• スクリーンタイム / Family Controls：鬼モードのアプリブロック機能のため
• ストレージ：ローカルデータ保存のため

これらの許可は、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。

ユーザーの権利

• 保存されている個人データへのアクセス
• 不正確な個人データの訂正
• アプリの削除機能またはアンインストールによる端末内データの削除
• 技術的および法令上可能な範囲での、クラウド保存データの削除依頼
• 該当する場合、データ処理に関する同意の撤回

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図せず個人情報を収集した場合、速やかに削除します。

プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更があった場合、本アプリ内または本サイトで通知します。
