Introduction

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using DAY100. By downloading or using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Service Description

DAY100 is a tool designed to support habit formation by providing habit tracking, visualization of continuity status, reminders, widgets, app blocking, cloud storage, transfer codes, and related features.

Terms of Use

1. Age Requirement: The app is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
2. User Responsibility: Users shall use the app at their own risk.
3. Prohibited Actions: Misuse of the app, reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, infringement of third-party rights, and other acts that violate laws or public order are prohibited.

Data Handling

Habit data and related information are primarily stored on the user’s device. When users use cloud storage or transfer code features, habit records, notes, image references, uploaded images, anonymous identifiers, and synchronization data may be stored or processed through cloud services in order to provide those features.

Transfer codes are issued for moving data to another device, expire after 24 hours, and may replace the current device’s habit data when redeemed. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how user data is handled.

Premium Subscriptions

1. DAY100 may offer paid premium features, including additional habits, multiple Extreme Mode habits, and premium widgets.
2. Subscriptions may be provided as monthly or yearly auto-renewing plans. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
3. Users can cancel subscriptions through the relevant store account settings. If a subscription is cancelled, premium features remain available until the end of the current paid period.
4. Prices, plan names, and available premium features may change as necessary. Any store-side purchase terms also apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the app belong to the developer. Users receive only a non-exclusive right to use the app.

Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The developer may change the content or functions of the app without prior notice. The developer may also temporarily suspend or terminate the app for maintenance, force majeure, or other cases deemed necessary.

Disclaimer

1. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the app.
2. The developer shall not be responsible for damages incurred through use of the app, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
3. The app is provided as is without warranties, express or implied, of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted within the app or on related websites.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.

はじめに

本利用規約は、DAY100（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

サービスの内容

本アプリは、習慣形成を支援するためのツールです。習慣記録の管理、継続状況の可視化、リマインダー、ウィジェット、アプリブロック、クラウド保存、引き継ぎコードなどの機能を提供します。

利用条件

1. 対象年齢：本アプリは13歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。
2. ユーザー責任：ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。
3. 禁止事項：本アプリの不正利用、複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、第三者の権利を侵害する行為、その他法令または公序良俗に反する行為を禁止します。

データの取り扱い

本アプリで作成された習慣データや関連情報は、主にユーザーのデバイス内に保存されます。クラウド保存や引き継ぎコード機能を利用する場合、習慣記録、メモ、画像参照、アップロードされた画像、匿名識別子、同期に必要なデータが、機能提供のためクラウドサービス上で保存または処理されることがあります。

引き継ぎコードは、別の端末へデータを移すために発行され、24時間で期限切れになります。引き継ぎコードを利用すると、現在の端末の習慣データが引き継ぎデータで置き換わることがあります。ユーザーデータの詳しい取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

プレミアム機能とサブスクリプション

1. 本アプリでは、習慣数の追加、複数の鬼モード、プレミアムウィジェットなどの有料機能を提供することがあります。
2. サブスクリプションは、月額または年額の自動更新プランとして提供される場合があります。支払い、更新、解約、返金は、購入に利用したApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのアカウントを通じて管理されます。
3. ユーザーは、各ストアのアカウント設定からサブスクリプションを解約できます。解約後も、現在の有料期間が終了するまではプレミアム機能を利用できます。
4. 価格、プラン名、提供されるプレミアム機能は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。また、各ストアが定める購入条件も適用されます。

知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用する非独占的な権利のみを有します。

サービスの変更・中断・終了

開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容や機能を変更することがあります。また、保守・点検、不可抗力、その他必要と判断した場合に、本アプリの提供を一時的に中断または終了することがあります。

免責事項

1. 開発者は、本アプリの正確性、有用性、完全性について保証するものではありません。
2. 開発者は、法令上責任を免れない場合を除き、本アプリの利用によりユーザーに生じた損害について責任を負いません。
3. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もありません。

規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または関連ウェブサイトでの掲示をもって効力を生じます。

準拠法と管轄裁判所

本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠するものとし、本規約に関連する紛争については、日本国内の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
